  • Adam Lambert’s rock star life added a new chapter last night, drunken abuser. The “American Idol” runner up was arrested for allegedly assaulting his partner, Finish reality TV personality, Sauli Koskien, at a Helsinki bar.

They were released today (Dec. 22) and blew off the incident. But it’s no laughing matter, according to domestic abuse experts.

Of course, Lambert was probably a drunken abuser before he became famous, but as he found out, he makes the tabloids now.

“jail+guilt+press=lesson learned.” he Tweeted after the incident.

The Grammy-nominated singer is celebrating Christmas in Findland with his boyfriend and they started arguing inside a back room of a gay club called “Don’t Tell Momma,” early this morning.

The argument spilled outside onto the street where onlookers, including Ex-Miss Helsinki Sofia Ruusila tried to intervene.

But Lambert continued to argue and began fighting with those who tried to break up the spat. Ruusila said Lambert hit her in the melee, according to reports.

Lambert blamed the incident on too much vodka and jetlag.

Koskien added his version of events on his blog.

“Celebrities are people too and fame is not easy. Love is not always easy either, but it’s forever,” he wrote.

“The hangover is already gone” and “paparazzi, police stations have back doors, too, go away already,” he added according to a Google translation by the Hollywood Reporter.

Celebrity psychologist Drew Pinsky emphatically proclaimed Kim Kardashian a domestic abuser for punching her then-husband Kris Humphries in the chest on her reality show “Kourtney & Kim Take New York.”

“What you are seeing there is domestic violence,” Pinsky said. “A lot of people watching this may not understand this, and I get that.

“It looks playful; what’s the big deal, but it is a massive deal and it’s important,” he said.

He called the scene “incontrovertible evidence” of a domestic violence relationship.
