Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon posted a family Christmas card, the first with their new twins, Monroe and Moroccan, who both already have a head of dark hair.

“Ms. Monroe & Moroccan Scott’s first Christmas!!” she wrote when she released the photo on her Web site.

Mariah’s been working diligently to regain her former shape following the twins’ birth in April and has posted several photos of her new hot bod.

Mariah finally got pregnant last year after undergoing hormone treatments. Since the birth, she has been doing lots of cardio exercise on the treadmill and weight workouts in the pool to get back in shape.

“She does long, long hours on the treadmill,” said Cannon. “Obviously [she pays attention to her] diet and eating properly.”

Mariah, who has battled weight issues for years, was thinner than ever in 2008 after following a strict high-protein, low-calorie, low-carb diet and working out 60- to 90-minutes a day

Mariah’s and Nick’s twins already have nicknames “Roc” and “Roe.”

The couple showed off their children for the first time October on a Barbara Walters Special.

“My daughter is a diva. My son is laid back. When he wakes up, he wakes up smiling. He’ll wait for a minute and if he’s hungry, he’ll let you know.

“My daughter is just instant, she goes in and will not stop crying til you give her what she wants. It’s like sleep and then screaming.

“My daughter is just on one all the time.”
