Jennifer Lopez looks like she’s ready to knock someone’s block off in a sexy, tough girl photo spread for V magazine.

The 42-year-old singer has never looked better. Who wouldn’t want to take a punch below the belt from her?

Lopez created a sensation at last week’s 84th Academy Awards when she appeared to suffer a wardrobe malfunction while presenting an award on stage.

But it was just subtle enough to keep everyone guessing and her laughing. The lovely latina was stunning in her Art-Deco inspired Zuhair Murad Oscar gown.

She creates an entirely different look with photographer Mario Testino.

Lopez is on top of her game after relaunching her career in a spotty performance on New Years Eve 2010 in Times Square. She was criticize for being overweight and over the hill. But since then, she’s rocketed to the top.

Her “American Idol” gig, seventh studio album, Love, and new clothing line for Kohls department stores, shows she’s hitting on all cylinders. Lopez recently divorced husband of seven years Marc Anthony, and is now leading a 24-year-old boytoy around by the nose.

Lopez lost more than 50 pounds after giving birth to twins Emme and Max in 2008. She maintains her age-defying figure by following a 1,200-1,400 daily calorie diet and working out up to two hours a day.

She picked right up on the fight theme in an interview. “I can take a lot of punches and still keep going,’ she says. ‘I’ve been trained like a boxer to go 15 rounds.”
