Keith Urban, the Australian country star who is married to Nicole Kidman, took his tour to Central Park in New York City for Good Morning America’s summer concert series. He banged out three songs and talked about the upcoming “American Idol” series.
Urban said the reality music contest show is about to hit the road for another round of auditions.
Nashville will be the first stop, but Urban said the “American Idol” crew would also be making a stop in Brooklyn.
Urban just finished his “Light the Fuse” tour in Australia, and is wasting no time getting back on the road.
His “Raise ‘Em Up” Tour kicks off July 12 at the Calgary Stampede in Alberta, Canada. He’ll hit the United States, July 17, in Atlantic City.
Urban perform his new song “Somewhere In My Car,” on GMA’s “Fun in the Sun 2014 Summer Concert Series.”
