  • Taylor Swift, has landed on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine’s yearly “hot issue.” Already the queen of country music, she’s fast becoming the queen of heartbreak.

Swift spins her own special brand of teen angst over makeups, breakups and finding true love. Her music has catapulted her to the top of the charts and made her today’s biggest cross-over artists.

Despite the histrionics, fashion flamboyance and cooked up melodrama of other singers like Rihanna and Lady Gaga, Swift’s down-home country girl sexuality and girly girl persona is proving to be just as captivating.

For the cover photo, Swift wears the tiniest hotpants that show off her long legs, a white blouse and a varsity jacket. Her eyes are heavy with mascara and smolder with a come hither look.

Swift’s high-profile romances with Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers band, singer/songwriter John Mayer, “Twilight’s” Taylor Lautner and actor Jake Gyllenhaal have provided the grist for her music.

Her latest album Red slated to be released this month is the by-product of her wrenching romance with Gyllenhaal.

Swift and Gyllenhaal dated for three-months. He ended the relationship in 2010, saying the country star, 10 years his junior, was too young for him. But they got back together again in January and February of this year before breaking up for good.

She’s since moved on and is dating Conor Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., in another controversial relationship.
