Taylor Swift was spotted in Australia making the rounds to promote her new album, Red, ahead of her star turn on Aria Awards Thursday night, which is actually tonight by U.S. time standards.
The awards show is Australia’s version of the Grammy Awards in the United States, but she’ll only be performing as a special guest. Her new album is not up for any awards.
On her tour down under, Swift stopped by the Sydney Dance Company, and played an acoustic version of her breakup song “I Knew You Were Trouble” on Australian radio show Fifi and Jules.
The 22-year-old country queen was also spotted at the Sydney Entertainment Centre were the Aria Awards will be held. She arrived in Australia over the weekend. Before that she made a stop in Tokyo.
She started the week on the Aussie equivalent of the Today Show.
