During the second night of her residency at the Planet Hollywood Casino, Spears was in the middle of a dance routine when something went terribly wrong with her stunning circus-theme costume.

As she sang (lip-synced) her hit song “Circus,” Spears did a twirling dance move and the top of her two piece outfit flapped open exposing most of her back. Fortunately it had shoulder straps to barely keep it in place.
Spears, ever the trouper, did not immediately stop dancing and had to grab her top at least once to keep it from flying off.
A back-up dance broke his routine and started following her across the stage trying to re-snap the back of the glittery top. He had a tough time because Britney kept dancing. Finally, she slowed down enough so the dancer could go to work.
Someone in the audience caught the whole thing on video and posted it on Instagram.
Maybe she should make it part of her act. That will keep the seats packed.
BTW: Britney never stopped singing. Was it because the backing track would have gone on without her?
