  • Miley Cyrus did her part to better the world, not to mention her own image, with a charity performance over the weekend that saw her go from sassy stage outfit to svelte evening wear.

Miley performed “Who Owns My Heart” and “The Climb” at the show for the Starkey Hearing Foundation’s 11th annual “So the World May Hear Gala” in St. Paul, Minn.

Miley can really clean it up when she wants to an still turn it on.

She goes from feral to fantastic.

On stage, she wore a leopard-print top with bare midriff and black leather pants.

For the event, she wore a stunning off-the-shoulder black dress that ratcheted up her glamour quotient.

Call it from hot to haute.

“@starkeyhearing is such an awesome event! Having so much fun! I can’t wait to perform! Marley Matlin is my new #hero.” the teen star tweeted.

The event raised $7.2 million this weekend, thanks in part to Miley’s time and her winning bid for another trip to Haiti.

“Going back to Haiti :),” Miley Tweeted.

“Just bid at the @starkeyhearing gala and it’s confirmed! I am so excited! Bringing all my friends this time. #blessed.”

“As an artist, I want to make sure fans are able to experience the magic of music as it was intended,” Miley said in a statement from the organization.

“By just lowering the volume and using the right protection for your ears, hearing loss can be prevented, which means never losing the ability to enjoy the sound of a guitar, a beautiful lyric or a favorite song.”
