Justin Bieber will be on hand for the red carpet at the premiere of his new ‘Believe’ documentary.

Justin Bieber rolls out the red carpet for the premiere of his documentary “Justin Bieber’s Believe” tonight (Dec. 18) in Los Angeles. The Biebs says the film will explain who he is and where he comes from. But will it include his bad behavior.

TheImproper is live streaming the red-carpet action starting at 9 p.m. Eastern and 6 p.m. Pacific time.

Bieber, 19, and some of Hollywood’s and music’s top celebrities will be on hand for the event. Bieber will be working the mic, along with “Believe” director Jon M. Chu, producer and Bieber manager Scooter Braun, and mentor Usher.

Among the festivities, top graffiti artist Alec Monopoly will be working the set with his spray cans. He’ll draw inspiration from Bieber’s Music Journals singles cover art and give it his own interpretation.

Monopoly will paint live on-site and the finished work will be auctioned for charity.

The movie will be released nationwide on Christmas Day.
