Lana Del Rey has been keeping a low profile lately, but she emerged at the Coachella Music Festival for a set that included her new single “West Coast” and followed up with the release of a music video.

The song is the first official single off her upcoming album Ultraviolence.

Del Rey is collaborating with The Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach, although it doesn’t appear as though she is straying too far from the moody, bluesy sound that has characterized her previous efforts.

If “West Coast” lapses back to her signature style, fans still have “Meet Me in the Pale Moonlight” to cling to with hopes that the 28-year-old singer will broaden her range. “Pale Moonlight” is a much catchier, dance infused song.

Del Rey seems to be in no rush to produce the album. She was largely idle for most of last year, except for her contribution to “The Great Gatsby” soundtrack. Her song, “Young and Beautiful,” was nominated for a Grammy for Best Song Written For Visual Media.

Del Rey is scheduled to headline Maryland’s Sweetlife Music and Food Festival on May 10th, according to Rolling Stone.
