Katy Perry has been keeping busy on a 50-stop “Witness Tour,” but she took time out last night (Feb. 3) to make a special announcement on social media. She’s been filming her shows! It’s for what she calls a “special project,” likely a concert documentary.
“Hi, guys! It’s meee, Katy,” she said in the Twitter video.
Katy looked relaxed. She was lying on her back looking into the camera wearing large owl-eyes glasses.

She was in Portland, taping the message just before her show.
“The point of this message is, I am filming these shows for a special project. Some of you know that some of you don’t,” katy said.
She encouraged fans to come out for the shows and possibly make it into the film.
Later, she filled the Portland Moda Center with enormous puppets with television heads, huge human-size dice and cannons spewing confetti in a raucous, high-energy show, according to local reports.
The tour, which has been on the road in North America for five months, will wrap in Vancouver, Canada with shows Feb 5 and Feb 6.
The tour is in support of “Witness,” released last June. It’s Perry’s fifth studio album.
Carly Rae Jepsen, 32, is the featured as the opening act.
Perry’s previously hit the road in 2015 on her “Prismatic World Tour.”
