Selena Gomez has another man to worry about beside Justin Bieber, and he’s waaay creepier. Known celebrity stalker Thomas Brodnicki, 46, has apparent become obsessed with the teen star.

Brodnicki touched off a police reaction after he reportedly told his therapist that God told him to kill the former Disney star, according to TMZ.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s Threat Management Unit on the case, and Gomez has obtained a restraining order against the Chicago man.

Gomez has been touring and will be heading to Europe to host MTV’s Europe Music Awards.

Brodnicki reportedly also said he had “traveled from Chicago to L.A. to meet her” and “visited her workplace at least three times,” according to TMZ.

The crazed stalker was previously ordered for mental evaluations after he threatened to “scratch people’s eyes out on the street,” according legal filings, unearthed by the Web site.

Death threats against celebrities are nothing new. Halle Berry, Lindsay Lohan, Erin Andrews and even Bieber have received them.

While nothing usually comes of it, there have been horrifying incidents where stalkers have harmed celebrities, or even killed them.

Meanwhile, Gomez is moving forward with her hosting plans.

MTV recently released promo video for the show.

The video opens with Gomez dressed in cute short-shorts and a white top sitting in front of a mirror.

Her fly girl alter ego, wearing a flannel shirt and gold bikini-top, tells her to “shut yo face” before rapping about the upcoming show.

“I’m really looking forward to it,” Gomez told The Hollywood Reporter. “It will be really fun to be on the hosting side of it and get to perform so it will be different for me and my band.”
