Beyoncé has released a new song “Grown Woman” that couldn’t have come at a more appropriate time. She’s beating back reports that she’s pregnant that swept the internet last week. The song’s message is clear.
“I’m a grown woman, I do whatever I want,” she asserts on the tune, which is to say, when she’s pregnant again she’ll be sure to let the world know.
E! News set off the Internet wildfire with it’s reckless report that Beyonce had gone out on grueling 65-date tour carrying a child. It claimed to have “multiple sources,” but it turns out th one of two sources who really count, husband Jay-Z, flatly denied the story.
The music has been used as part of Beyoncé’s Pepsi campaign. She teased in in April. The-Dream reportedly wrote the song, but it’s Sasha Fierce all the way.
She lets it be known she brings home the bacon and fries it up in the pan.
