Bella Thorne’s claims he ex-boyfriend took her passport and computer, but he was not behind the threatened leak of her private photos online, according to a spokesperson. So who is? She has a nasty clapback for the culprit.

Thorne, 21, lashed back on Twitter by posting the photos herself in an act that she said restored her power over her body.
“Fuck u and the power u think you have over me. I’m gonna write about this in my next book,” she angrily wrote.
“For the last 24 hours, I have been threatened with my own nudes; I feel gross, I feel watched, I feel someone has taken something from me that I only wanted one special person to see,” she wrote in a separate post.
“For too long I have let a man take advantage of me over and over, and I am fucking sick of it,” she continued. “I’m putting this out because it is MY DECISION NOW, YOU DON’T GET TO TAKE ANOTHER FUCKING THING FROM ME.

“I can sleep better tonight knowing I took my power back. U can’t control my life, U never will.”
Thorne made clear that she knows the person who threatened to release the photos, but did not name anyone.
“Oh yea, the fbi will be at your house shortly, so watch. Your. Mother. Fucking. Back,” she wrote.

A spokesperson for ex-boyfriend Mod Sun, real name Derek Smith, categorically said it wasn’t him, not that there isn’t bad blood between the former lovers.
The rapper says Thorne, a former Disney teen queen, has slapped him with legal papers to stop him from speaking about her.
He claims they still have a number of “unresolved business agreements” they need to work through.
“There’s money owed to me, there’s business not done, there’s contracts that are signed. I did a lot for that girl and there’s a lot that didn’t get solidified business-wise because I was in love… And that’s not the case any more,” he told gossip site TMZ.

Smith, however, isn’t helping his own case. He admitted taking “some of Bella’s stuff,” put it in a storage unit under his name and threatened to sell it on auction site eBay.
“I figure if she doesn’t get it soon I’m gonna have a really, really poppin eBay site so keep your eyes open,” he said.
Apparently the computer and passport are among the items, alhthough Mod says he doesn’t have them.
Thorne claims she has lost out on a “big” money-making opportunity because she can’t travel overseas without the government document.

“I just recently missed this big work opportunity I had because of this passport situation. I need my script-writing computer back… I’m finishing my series. It’s a final draft,” she said on SirusXM’s ‘The Jenny McCarthy Show.”
Smith has since claimed he was only joking about selling her things.
“She blew me up like 30 times that night, I’m in such a confused place. ‘Your joke wasn’t funny, we think you’re serious,'” he quoted her as saying.
“I obviously wasn’t going to sell her clothes on ebay, that was a joke.

Of course, she’s been accused of the same thing herself on occasion since she bolted from her role as CeCe Jones on the Disney Channel series “Shake It Up” (2010–2013) to launch her own career.

She was in a polyamorous relationship with Mod Sun and YouTube personality Tana Mongeau from September 2017 to February 2019.
