  • Taylor Swift is burned out on boyfriends after dating the likes of Taylor Lautner, Jake Gyllenhaal and Jonas Brothers singer Joe Jonas. Does this mean she’s ready to try girls?

Swift told Ellen DeGeneres she doesn’t want to become the girl who bounces from one boyfriend to another. None of her relationships seem particularly serious and most ended abruptly and roughly.

Jonas famously broke up with her “over the phone in 25 seconds” when she was 18 and became the subject of one of her songs on her album Fearless.

“I read a very creative rumor this morning saying I’m pregnant, which is the most impossible thing on the planet. Take my word for it. Impossible,” she wrote, suggesting they were never intimate.

Did Joe’s purity ring get in the way?

She was linked with Lautner when they were both filming the movie Valentine’s Day.

But the relationship seemed awkward and Swift reportedly end it because she felt they had too little in common.

On the other hand, she seemed genuinely smitten by Gyllenhaal, who wined and dined her, but ultimately ended it.

“He said he wasn’t feeling it anymore and was uncomfortable with all the attention they got,” and insider told Us Magazine. “He also said he could feel the age difference.”

Now the country music queen said she’s been without a boyfriend since then.

“I don’t have a boyfriend. I sit by myself and I watch Law & Order,” she said.

I don’t even have like kind of a boyfriend. I don’t have someone that I’m texting that is a guy that someday might be my boyfriend.

There’s, like, nothing going on right now.”

And she says she’s OK with it.

“If you’re the girl that needs a boyfriend, and, once she loses that boyfriend, needs to replace it with a different boyfriend, it’s just this constant stream of boyfriends all the time.

“I don’t feel like I ever want to be that girl. I want to be the girl that, when she falls in love, it’s a big deal and it’s a rare thing,” she said.
