Miley Cyrus was a standout at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas last night (Sept. 22). She added a touch of glamour to her punk-pop look and showed off her trim body.
Cyrus, for once, balanced just the right amount of skin with a daring ensemble that was sexy but still within the bounds of acceptable taste for a pop star.
The 19-year-old singer was at the event as a guest presenter. Miley wore a midriff baring black turtle-neck, sleeveless top the exposed her toned abs but kept her breasts in check.

She topped off the look with a metallic silver high-waisted skirt, leopard-print high heels and a Moschino belt.
She added edginess to her look with a range of piercings of her ears and nose.
The two-day music festival has pulled together 20 acts from across the music spectrum. Performers include Taylor Swift, Aerosmith, Rihanna, Green Day, Usher, Lil Wayne and No Doubt among other groups and artists.
Miley was sporting her new punk-pixie haircut and drew comparisons with Pink and Gwen Stefani, who also wear their blond hair closely cropped. In fact, Flavor Flav walked up to say hello to Miley and thought he was talking to Gwen.
Miley just rolled with it, but Flav apologized later when someone pointed out the error.
