Heavenly actor George Clooney is not above doing a commercial, if it gets him into heaven. And this one does.

He ascends the heavenly staircase on behalf of Nescafe Nespresso machines. Guess who he finds at the top?

It wasn’t hot Italian girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis. Rather it was the devilish John Malkovich, playing St. Peter.

Clooney will be directing Ryan Gosling in “The Ides of March” which follows a young press spokesman who falls prey to back room politics. Marisa Tomei, Paul Giamatti and Evan Rachel Wood will also star.

Like most A-List Hollywood actors, he’s not above doing commercials, as long as the work is usually confined to overseas.

This commercial will air only in Europe during Christmas. He’s been a spokesman for Nestle in Europe for years.

In the ad, the 49-year-old Clooney meets up with Malkovich, dressed all in white at the Pearly Gates, the entrance to heaven.

Clooney has just been done in by a falling piano after buying a “Nespresso” machine. St Peter offers to allow him to return to Earth if he’ll give up his coffee maker.

But Clooney isn’t about to surrender the source of his daily caffeine rush, and ends up sipping a cup with St. Peter and two hot babes.

“You want to have a product you are proud of and not embarrassed by,” he says of his work, which is looked down upon by some in the business.

“You don’t want to do ones that aren’t classy. That’s the truth. That’s the secret to it.’”

Non one has ever accused Clooney of lacking class. Check out the video below.
