Jewel Kilcher, better known simply as Jewel, looked shockingly busty in a low-low cut gown during her performance at the 81st Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in New York City. Fortunately we’ll see a lot more of her on NBC’s “The Sing Off.” The 39-year-old pop, folk, country and rock singer, who also dabbles in acting, is replacing Sara Bareilles as a judge on the talent competition show’s fourth season....
