Demi Lovato’s haunting ballad “Heart By Heart” Mortal Instruments: City of Bones soundtrack, has made its way to the Internet, just ahead of the Aug. 20 release of the full album by Republic records. The fantasy sci-fi film based on Cassandra Clare’s first book in her “The Mortal Instruments” series, stars Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell Bower, Kevin Zegers, Jemima West, Godfrey Gao, Lena Headey and Jonathan Rhys Meyers.
