  • Beyoncé and Jay-Z have another mouth to feed with the arrival of baby Blue Ivy Carter, and both are back at work. Beyonce appears in a new spread in the February issue of Spain’s DT magazine, and the duo are reportedly mapping out new albums.

Lady Bey is already hard at working shedding her pregnancy pounds, and both she and Jay-Z are reportedly anxious to get back in the studio and crank out some new tunes.

Beyoncé gave birth on Jan 7, and the 30-year-old made her post-baby debut at Carnegie Hall Feb. 6.

Jay-Z performed the first of two intimate concerts to benefit the United Way of New York City and his Shawn Carter Foundation.

She returned for the second concert in a tight-fitting Monique Lhuillier sequined gown with Gucci shoes, a Chanel purse and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. She reportedly has already lost 14 pounds and is working out daily.

Ryan Tedder, a singer/songwriter with OneRepublic, told Billboard he’s been pitching songs to the new mom. “The conversations about her next album literally just started and there [are] two projects happening,” he said.

Separately, he told AOL two projects are in the works. “All I can say is that you kind of feed her the best that you have and she’s this phenomenal filter and takes it all in… she’s not interested in 2012, she’s [interested in] what’s going to sound good for 2013… Without question she steers the ship. [With Beyonce] you just let her go — she’s ridiculous, she’s the best.”

Pharrell Williams told MTV that he and Jay-Z are definitely busy “working on something, and it’s crazy.”

Beyoncé was photographed for the magazine by Ellen von Unwerth. It’s unlikely the shoot took place after she gave birth. So check out what to expect when Beyoncé regains her form later this year.
