Rihanna continued to shock and fascinate Great Britain with a risque performance at the V Festival in Chelmsford, England yesterday, wearing crotch-defying short shorts.
The S&M singer wore the tiniest of hotpants that rivaled Miley Cyrus, who wore a similar outfit on her recent Gypsy Heart tour.
Rihanna looked toned and taut in her denim shirt knotted at her mid-drift and black bra.
The Barbadian singer, 23, never fails to raise eyebrows and in some cases howls of protest from staid British audiences.
At the Brit Awards in February, the UK equivalent of the Grammys, she was told to change the racy lyrics of her song “S&M” for a televised performance. But the singer got even.

She wore her racy costume, which drew howls of protest from some viewers.
She caused a similar uproar along with Christina Aguilera for over-the-top performances on the UK television show, “The X Factor,” which drew a rebuke from UK censors.
Her video for the song was banned by Britain’s national Radio 1 and by 11 other countries, because, among other things, Rihanna sucks on a banana and flaunts bondage gear.
On Saturday, the Loud star what what London’s Daily Mail described as eye-wateringly short denims – and a tiny cropped Union Flag style top embellished with safety pins.
The 23-year-old singer also wore raunchy fishnet stockings and a studded black leather jacket, the tabloid reported.
She opened for Eminem and was clearly moved by the crowd.
“#VFESTDay1 I LOVE YOU!!! 80’000 screaming rockstars!!! I can’t wait to see Eminem!!!!” she tweeted.
