David Crosby to Weigh in on Election on Brett Winterble, XM Radio

David Crosby, who personified the ’60s counterculture through his music with The Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash (sometimes Young), is hip deep in the presidential fray along with bandmate Stephen Stills, who’s lambasting GOP candidate Mitt Romney. Crosby will be featured on Brett Winterble’s show on XM Satellite Radio (Channel 168) on Monday (Nov. 5). The interview could be electric. Bruce Springsteen Headlines NBC Telethon for Sandy Victims

Bruce Springsteen, Christina Aguilera, Billy Joel, Sting and Jon Bon Jovi are among the headliners who have signed up to perform in a special one-hour broadcast to help raise money for the Red Cross on behalf of Hurricane Sandy victims. The special, which will air on NBC and Bravo and USA cable networks was announced today by NBCUniversal.
